Yoshitaka SAIKI (斉木吉隆), Ph.D.

(April 24, 2007 Updated)
Dr. Yoshitaka Saiki is studying chaotic dynamical systems as a Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) postdoc researcher belonging to the Prof. Michio Yamada's group at Research Institute for Mathematical Sciences (RIMS), Kyoto University since April, 2007. He was working as a COE Research Assistant Professor at the Department of Mathematics, Keio University, Yokohama in 2006, after finishing Ph.D. on Mathematical Sciences for a thesis entitled "Numerical study about a chaotic dynamical system based on unstable periodic orbits -Bussiness cycle model of macro-economics-" at the Graduate School of Mathematical Sciences, The University of Tokyo in March 2006. His main research topic is on unstable periodic orbits (UPOs) of chaotic dynamical systems, especially continuous time systems.
