     Global Existence for small initial data of Born-Infeld equations

 Abstract:
 
    We prove global existence for small data of solution of 
    the Born-Infeld theory in electromagnetism.  Under Lorentz gauge, 
    the null forms appear which produce $(1+t)^{-1}$ factor of decay.
