CONGRUENCE CLASSES IN REGULAR VARIETIES

Abstract.
A characterization of congruence classes of algebras of regular varieties is presented. The problem of deciding whether a given subset of an algebra of regular variety is a congruence class is shown to be solvable in polynomial time.
