Abstract: In Euclidean three-space we consider ruled surfaces which are free of points vanishing Gaussian curvature equipped with special relative normalizations. The purpose of this paper is to classify these relatively normalized surfaces when a linear combination of the inner curvature of the relative metric and the mean relative curvature is constant along the rulings.
