Twisted projective spaces and linear completions of some partial Steiner triple systems

Abstract: A class of Steiner triple systems is characterized. Each one is obtained as a linear completion of some $\konftyp(15,4,20,3)$ multiveblen configurations and it contains some Fano planes.
