If there are more than four authors, please fill in the data
for the 1., 3., 5., etc., author in vertical order in field 1
and similarly the data for the 2., 4., 6., etc., author
in field 2. Each two author entries are to be separated
by some line containing "\bigskip". The third field then can
be used for the last author, in case the total number of authors is odd.
