abstract:
A. Kozyrev discovered a new type of action exerted by cosmic
objects. In the paper an interpretation is given of data of a series of
observations of the Sun carried out by a group of researchers from
Novosibirsk Mathematical Institute aiming to register and study the
action of the same type.
