About Nadejda A. Liskova


Nadejda Alexandrovna Liskova was born on September 28, 1954, in the city Pushkino, Moscow region, USSR. She is the oldest of two daughters born to Alexander I. Liskov (1930-1969), a military officer, and Uliana A. Liskova (b. 1931), a hospital nurse. Nadejda is a wife of Anatol N. Kirillov and a mother of Nadejda (b. 1984) and Alexander (b. 1985).

In 1977, Nadejda Liskova graduated from Physical Department of Leningrad State University, specialty Theoretical and Mathematical Physics. She continued her research on Dual String Model with N.V.Borisov, M.V.Ioffe and M.I.Eides and in 1980 got a Ph.D. in Physics and Mathematics from the same University. Then she taught Mathematics in several Leningrad Universities, until in 1993 the family moved to Japan, where her husband got a position in Tokyo University. Later Nadejda and her family lived in many countries around the World, where her husband hold teaching and research positions.

Now Nadejda Liskova is doing research with Anatol N. Kirillov and growing her two children.
