“Substantivalism” is a neologism, not found it in any current dictionary of English or philosophy. Most dictionaries define
“substantialism”: For example, the Oxford English Dictionary defines it as “The doctrine that there are substantial realities
underlying phenomena.” It also defines “substantival” as “existing substantially.”
