- All the attendees must be registered by the deadline. No on-site registration will be arranged.
- For every accepted paper, at least one of the authors must be registered.
- The registration fee is the following, which includes

- banquet (Dec. 5).

From Kansai International Airport (KIX)
- Limousine bus: Approx. 90 minutes; roughly 1 bus in every 20 minutes between 7am and 10pm; one-way 2,600 JPY, round-trip 4,600 JPY.
- JR Limited Express "Haruka": Approx. 80–100 minutes; roughly 1 train in every 30 minutes between 7am and 10pm; approx. 3,000–4,000 JPY.
- Local train: Approx. 120–140 minutes with several transfers (many possible routes); less than 2,000 JPY (depending on the route); you may find your favorite route here.
From Osaka International (Itami) Airport (ITM)
- Limousine bus: Approx. 50 minutes; roughly 1 bus in every 20 minutes between 8am and 9pm; one-way 1,340 JPY.
- Local train: Approx. 60–80 minutes with several transfers (many possible routes); less than 1,000 JPY (depending on the route); you may find your favorite route here.
From Tokyo Station
- Tokaido Shinkansen "Nozomi": Approx. 130–140 minutes; roughly 1 train in every 10 minutes between 6am and 9pm; approx. 13,000–18,000 JPY.
- From Tokyo International (Haneda) Airport (HND): Take on Keikyu-line to Shinagawa Station (approx. 20 minutes, 300 JPY), and change to Tokaido Shinkansen (Shinagawa is next to Tokyo).
- From Narita International Airport (NRT): Take on Limousine bus or local train to Tokyo Station (approx. 50–100 minutes, 1,000–3,000 JPY), and change to Tokaido Shinkansen.
