Abstract | We present an adaptive pointwise numerical differentiator on multivariate scattered data, based on local polynomial interpolation in the Taylor basis at discrete Leja points. We also provide the corresponding Matlab code for bivariate differentiation and a demo with the computation of first and second partial derivatives of Franke’s test function |
