Research

My research interests lie in the interaction of homotopy theory and category theory. I have studied this interaction through the lens of localization of categories, and I have worked on both the foundational aspects of localization and its applications. My current interests include localization of operads and (∞,2)-categories, as well as their applications in mathematical physics and manifold topology.
